Learn how Donna Mee’s graduate, Lavonne Anthony landed bookings on the team of legendary makeup artist, Pat McGrath to work New York and Paris Fashion Week.   This workshop is taught by both Donna and Lavonne as they each bring a wealth of knowledge on the runway industry.  Donna worked backstage at Fashion Week LA as well as Fashion Week New York with Makeup Artist icon, Kevyn Aucoin.  And Lavonne brings her expereince working on Pat McGraths team and has worked with designers Betsey Johnson, Givenchy, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Perry Ellis, Versace and dozens more.  Lavonne as also worked on iconic supermodels such as Naomi Campbell, Amber Valetta and Alek Wek.

Students will watch and experience makeup demos, up close and personal of the actual makeup looks done for the for Louis Vuitton & Lanvin in ParisDuring the hands-on portions of the workshop, artists will replicate the looks Pat McGrath designed especially for the world famous designers.  Depending on speed, students will create up to four makeup looks during the workshop.  In addition, the students will actually learn how to decipher designer collections to literally create runway makeup looks as well as learn how to pitch their visions to designers.  Instructor advice and feedback will be given throughout the hands-on portions and charting exercises of the class enabling artists to improve creative skills and overall makeup applications.
